What happens when you delete your account

Permanent account removal

Your Omninal merchant account will be permanently deleted from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

Data deletion

All personal data associated with your account will be deleted, including profile information, payment settings, and preferences. Transaction records required by law or regulation may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Before you proceed

Please review the following before requesting deletion:

  • Ensure all pending transactions and settlements have been completed.
  • Withdraw any remaining balance from your account.
  • If you have active subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel them separately through your device settings. Deleting your Omninal account does not automatically cancel app store subscriptions, and you may continue to be billed by Apple or Google.
  • Download any transaction records or reports you may need for tax or accounting purposes.
  • Outstanding fees, chargebacks, refunds, or compliance obligations will remain enforceable after account deletion.

Data retention

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), tax reporting, and financial record-keeping requirements, certain data may be retained after account deletion. This includes transaction records, KYB/KYC verification records, compliance and audit logs, and any data required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Alternative method

You can also request account deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. Our team will process your request within 30 days.
